Hours: Casual - you will need to work evenings/weekends and be flexible with the hours you work.

Description
We are recruiting for marshal roles to support an increasing number of events at our circuit, including corporate karting, track days, drift and weekend race meetings.
Personal Attributes
An interest in motorsport would be an advantage but is not essential.

Customer Service / Reception Assistant

Description
Customer Service / Reception Assistant to work face to face with customers.
About the Opportunity
Three Sisters are recruiting a friendly, customer-focused person to take on the friendly face of our brand - you will be the person our customers will look to for support. Your role will require you to meet and greet customers on arrival and sign them in for their event. You will be trained on site from our sales department and be able to deal with existing and potential customers as well as up-sell our offers/events/products and memberships.
Personal Attributes
- An interest in motorsport is not essential but can be an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable and always putting customers first.
- Flexible with hours. These may be a mix of days, evenings and weekends.
- Positive, can-do attitude to overcoming challenges.
- Great communications skills.
- Basic administration tasks such as payment reconciliation, call logging and system updates.
- Basic computing skills, cash handling, a positive attitude and a team player.
