  Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Three Sisters Circuit, Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan WN4 8DD
Reporting to: Circuit Director.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled maintenance supervisor to oversee the upkeep and general maintenance of the circuit facilities. This hands-on role involves supervising maintenance tasks, ensuring the site remains safe, clean and operational for all events and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out general maintenance duties across the site.
• Perform routine cleaning of public and operational areas.
• Undertake minor repair works including:
  • painting and decorating,
  • plumbing repairs,
  • brickwork and basic masonry,
  • jet washing and surface cleaning,
  • grounds maintenance and tidying.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers when specialist work is required.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support event setup and breakdown as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
• Practical skills in painting, plumbing, brickwork and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings during events.
