Circuit Drone Policy

Drone flying at Three Sisters Circuit

The airspace immediately above the circuit is not open to anyone to use without permission, regardless of the weight of the drone - it belongs to the circuit operator: Motorsport Circuit Management Ltd.

Drones must not be used at Three Sisters Circuit unless specifically agreed in writing by Motorsport Circuit Management Ltd as part of an organised event.

Flyers of drones authorised by Motorsport Circuit Management Ltd should have Public Liability Insurance with a limit of indemnity of at least £5,000,000, as well as the appropriate CAA Flyer ID and Operator ID. A formal Risk Assessment should also be prepared and presented to the circuit's management for approval at least four weeks before the commencement of flying.
