Terms & Conditions for Group Activities

General

These terms & conditions are in respect of kart bookings run by Motorsport Circuit Management Ltd (hereafter referred to as the Company) at Three Sisters Circuit. No modification or variation is permitted unless it is given in writing and it is non-transferable and shall in all respects be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.

General Risk

Motorsport can be dangerous and as a participating individual using the facilities at Three Sisters Circuit, I acknowledge I will be properly briefed on all relevant safety procedures and I accept that I will be undertaking this activity at my own risk.

Children’s Activities

All children must be accompanied by an adult who must remain onsite and be responsible for the children during the time of the booking.

Payments

A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit must be paid on booking to confirm and the remaining payment two weeks before the booking date, at which time the final total number of participants must be notified. These numbers may only be increased after this date subject to kart and track time availability. No refunds will be given if participants numbers decrease. In the event the final payment has not been made two weeks prior to the booking, then the Company may at its own discretion cancel the vent and no refund will be given.

Bookings

You as Group Organiser hereby agree that if your attendees arrive late the Company reserves the right to either refuse entry to the event or reduce the event timings. Nevertheless, every effort will be made to assist your group, if mutually agreed and where genuine reasons have caused the delay.

Company Booking

If you are booking on behalf of a company, you need to ensure you have their authority to do so.

Liquidated Damages

Should the signatory/client’s booker cancel the event less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the event, the Company will be entitled by way of liquidated damages to receive full payment of the balance of the payment due.

Personal property at own Risk

I understand that all personal items and vehicles left within the Circuit grounds shall be deemed so left to be at the owners’ risk.

Cancellation

Should the Three Sisters Circuit and Company, for whatever reason be unable to run the event due to Force Majeure, then a credit note will be applied to your account which will be valid for six months from the date of issue. The booker will not be entitled to claim further damages of any kind whether direct, indirect or consequential.

Refusal of Admission

The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to any person/s connected with the booking including the booker, their guests or sub-contractors, without being obliged to offer any reason.

Alcohol and Drugs

The Company operates a strict no alcohol and drug policy. Therefore the client/booker accepts that, if in the opinion of the Company’s representatives at the venue, there is any possibility that a customer, guest or driver is under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, then that person will not be permitted onto the circuit. In such circumstances, no refund will be made.

Clothing

Suitable clothing must be worn for the conditions of an outdoor motor race circuit. The client/booker understands that no driving participant may, for safety reasons, drive on the track wearing any hooded garments, ties or scarves, nor any shoes with heels or with open toes. Further, for specific activities, all drivers will be required to wear certain safety clothing and equipment when on track and/or when participating in certain other activities. Video Recording

The use of helmet, chest or kart-mounted video cameras is strictly forbidden at all times. However, certain types of shoulder-mounted cameras may be permitted.

Safe Circuit Use

Should the duty manager or the trackside officials consider any driver to be unsafe or a danger to other track users, as the client/booker/company hiring the facility, it is agreed that I/we shall accept all race officials’ decisions; and I understand that in the event of such unsafe driving, I/we shall be asked to leave the circuit and premises immediately without the refund of any prior payment.
